Favoritism, and very biased who they hire and promote .A persons skills can match the criteria and culture however the system interview is set up for biased prejudice.

I recently joined Restaurant Associates and it was the best decision I ever made . The company truly cares and makes great efforts to keep their employee happy. Great support structure all around, and lots of growth opportunity. I have been in the industry for 15 years, and this is by far the best work/life balance I have had.
