Good number of women in leadership positions. Company prefers to hire from within. Countless opportunities to grow within the organization. Thoughtful and efficient response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

I haven't experienced any glaring cons up until this point, just some small items that aren't worth mentioning.
