Restaurant Associates stands apart from any other hospitality company because they recognize employees at every level. Education and recognition is an important goal and is implemented through classes available to all employees, an award ceremony which is attended by the CEO every quarter and an app that keeps the whole company connected. There are many opportunities for growth and encouraged that the staff strive for different roles that excel their careers within the company.
