As well as your thoughtful advise, please check out our internal RA webpage, where you can get more information under the efforts and guidance of our Diversity and Inclusion Action Council, whose mission has been to create a workplace environment where all our associates have a sense of belonging, we created a separate Advisory Group, the Race Equity Advocacy Council. This Group is tasked to create an Action Plan to directly respond to recent events. As our plans develop and under the guidance of Reframe consulting group, we will begin to provide more training, resources, and help to our team members.
