Flexible hours and the ability to leave for stretches of time if you feel you need to.

Cons

Uncaring management, tip theft, long hours, no raises or promotions, and a really brutal schedule when on the clock, often not fed on shifts that last over 12 hours.

They have so many opportunities to grow your career while being able to work along side the best best people in the industry!

Cons

Only one I can think of is team members have to be willing to work with the systems provided. (But they are work using so it’s a no brained)
