      A nice place where to work

      Pros

      A very nice and informal environment. A lot of company opportunities for meeting each other and share impressions (or just have fun). Possibility to communicate quite openly with management.

      Cons

      Salary and benefit package not at the top level. Depending by the subsidiary company, the career path could be very slow and the permanence on a project very long.

      Pros

      Employees are given high autonomy and responsibility. Salaries are good (for the Italian market). Nice events are held each year (Christmas party and summer meeting). Internal courses are offered. The yearly personal review system is approached seriously.

      Cons

      Employers availability on nights and weekends are given for granted and not paid for. The group is organized in several sub-companies, which may be an obstacle to internal job rotation.
