Disorganized management, fake values

Pros

In general, the company is successful, good professionals are rewarded, good ideas are sponsored

Cons

Values are written on the sand, too many things are unsaid, unpaid extra effort is given for granted. Poor structure, strategy at subsidiary level is not consistent or even absent, a common management culture is missing, most depends on individuals. Management happens to be unprepared to deal with complex situations, so troubles weigh on employees, who find themselves alone instead of getting actual support from the management. Internal competition often prevails on collaboration. Often bonus criteria are discretionary because goals are not well defined.

Pros

It you are not afraid to bargain you can get a decent salary, but as always: write them down in your agreement, or they will forget as soon as possible.

Cons

As said they will ask you overtime to achive some goals for improving "your" professional growth, while at the end is just to keep their gold microsoft partnership.

Pros

- Nice people - Has potential to be a great and interesting company if management let go of the reigns and allowed their people to get on with their jobs they've been hired to do - Good for junior people only as you will learn a lot and get thrown in the deep end in a positive way

Cons

- Bad systems - what Reply create for its clients is great, but the internal systems are forgotten about. - A lot of red tape to get anything done. - Recruitment process - Can't take initiative, you get shot down if you have a suggestion that is remotely different from what has been done in the past. There is no forward thinking and creates lack of confidence. - Management don't like feedback, even when it's consistent and something is wasting money. - Not very adaptive and not interested in learning what has worked well for a company that is being acquired - the acquired company must adapt to worse systems. - Company/management doesn't take into consideration the business culture of the country it's operating in. - Lack of training opportunities - People can be left to clients on their own and feel no sense of belonging to Reply. - Lack of interaction and exposure between Reply companies
