-good work-life balance -relaxed environment -above average salary
Cons
-old equipment -working with the public administration often means terribly old legacy code, huge downtimes (extending to weeks of doing nothing), lack of project analysis, old technology and dealing with people with very low knowledge base. -non organized work. if there's a doubt about something the decision on how to solve it if often taken without analysing the problem. -basically doesn't make you learn so much
