      Pros

      Easy networking, pay is very good for the area (especially for junior positions)

      Cons

      Constant overtime, teams organized very bad, extreme turnovers, people often working even in the weekend because management has no idea how to set decent deadlines with clients.

      It's not a software house so you work as a consultant for other companies with all the pros and cons.
