      This is a a very stable company to work in. You have a lot of holidays and the time work is flexible.

      Cons

      The environment is not very good. The average of the people working in is 50 years old, what make the company not very open mind.

      Pros

      Really multi-cultural company with many opportunities to grow and thrive in very different departments and positions. The position I had allowed me to work with many other areas, so it gave a super broad perspective regarding logistics in general, from suppliers to customers.

      Cons

      Very disorganized company and poor communication (vertical and horizontally speaking). Also very judgmental if you wanted to leave the office on time, you were always expected to leave way later, even if you had already finished your tasks for the day.

      Very little flexibility in giving opportunities to employees to promote/evolve (as roles and as financial incentives)
