Pros

overall good proximity management lots of PTO great car financing options

Cons

Terrible high level management No long term visibility of the product portfolio Career development is almost non existent Very old-fashioned HR culture Almost no compensation for hard work - pay raise system is locked to 1 to 3% and is almost independent of personal contribution Full of overlong processes that kills innovation and fast pace responses to the market Limited flexibility of big structures Hard to reach decisions, slow on converging high level ones with Nissan

Pros

No matter how bad the situation may be, Renault will never go bankrupt, because the French government will never pull the plug.

Cons

Moral hazard is huge. Mediocre executives make safe and conservative decisions. The result is obscure vehicles nobody cares any more.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback so openly. All of these reviews are important to us, especially the negative ones and we're sorry to learn that you feel this way. We understand the challenges facing our industry and our company and we recognise where we need to improve to become more supple and more dynamic. There are bright, creative, courageous and determined people at Renault and under Luca de Meo's leadership we know that we can rise to the challenge before us. We wish you all the best for your career after Renault.
