      Pros

      Great people, highly trained, fair pay, good benefits, and interesting and challenging work.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and focus from the top with too many diverse agendas for the number of teams and correlated people on the teams to be able to obtain leadership in each of their respective disciplines.

      Pros

      Good people and interesting work. Benefits are very good. Gym access, drinks, pay and overall environment. Enjoyed working there for 7 years.

      Cons

      Everyone has a very high opinion of themselves. Constant turnover since Black joined. There have been Many layoffs and reduction in benefits.

      Pros

      Flexible work time, good benefits, great work with good learning curve. Good infrastructure as Nice facility team. Lot of talented people.

      Cons

      Some of the Managers are arrogant and they never listened to any employee ideas related work and some of the managers not qualified for the position and they don't know how to handle team issues as they never tried to solve team issues, instead of solving problem they created more problem in the team as Helpless manager. If it is comes to performance then crying baby gets milk irrespective of your last year contribution. Hectic work and managers expected to do night out for no reason. Mangers can't difference smooth execution of the design versus bad quality design with lot of goof up as some one does more night outs to complete project then he gets good reward.
