      Pros

      Very good technical environment where developers are able to build a solid experience if software engeneering. Good management and employees follow up. Good salaries and benefits. Senior developers are highly qualified and very helpfull. Access to internal and personnal trainings. Provide travellings experience for knowledge transfer and trainings.

      Cons

      In some projects there is a lot of micro management that make the work atmosphere insupportable. Non-existence of bonus to keep high motivation. Huge work load.
