      Pros

      RGI is the market leader of its sector in Italy and is working hard to gain international recognition too. This, combined with the management willingness to invest on technological and human capital shown in the last years, makes the company an interesting place where to grow professionally. ++Good work environement ++Challenging environement requiring to continuosly learn and update ++Possibility to travel in EMEA ++Opportunities to propose personal intiatives for improvement

      Good if you don't wanna really grow

      Pros

      Friendly environment, low stress and low extra hours.

      Cons

      No real opportunity, no documentation or training over their own product, streactly policy on working hours and breaks, unconfortable break areas, bad code and everything is Ivrea-centric.
