Pros

To be honest there wasnt much about this job that i would consider a pro. All shifts were four hours so i guess you could do more with your day?!

Cons

in contrast to the pros in my opinion there were a lot of cons. The shop for one was never busy. I found myself bored quite a lot of the time. They put a lot of unnecessary pressure on the sales assistants for example every customer must be turned into a sale. If this is not the case their must be a reason why. They also try to turn you into the assistants everyone hates for example having to tell the customer that looks fantastic when in reality they look horrendous! The uniform situation is really a joke. If you work 12 hours or under you are only entitled to 2 free pieces. All clothing worn must be from Promod. They make you buy new season stock (about 7 seasons a year) so that customers can see you in it but with only 30% off and the clothes being a little overpriced its just ridiculous especially if you like me would never buy their clothes normally!

Pros

You learn everything, from front-end to boost-up sales, motivate & lead the team. Visual Merchandising, product knowledge, and also make report in daily, and weekly basis, and review the attendance monthly, and deal with HRD system.

Cons

It was a very handful job, because you the load is very high, also you need to follow the retail working hours. You always need to perform multi-tasking. Complicated HRD system. The back-end office was not really friendly.
