Processia is a SMB company (280 people) acquired by ATOS a large company (115K people). This is a great foundation to be part of important business transformation in order to grow the activity and improve on the excellence of our services to the market. There is a good balance between office/home office as well as a management style that is focused on the employees.

Cons

ATOS is also transforming and the speed of Processia Transformation is linked to the one of ATOS. Many customers and employees are concerned about that situation that seems to slow down our ambition. Nevertheless the management team of Processia keep the trajectory. Trust of the future (strategy and vision) is still on People more than on the Company itself. This should be behind us end of 2023.
