Pros

You still get paid from them not letting you do your job.

Cons

The manager is a control freak. You won't have the freedom to try and make your own customization or even have a say in it. Your opinion is not even welcome and ignore whatever you have to say. You're just there to look, listen, and provide support.

Hello there, I'm sorry to read about the experience you had at Processia. We take comments and feedback about employee experience very seriously. While your supervisor is supposed to give you guidance and support in delivering solutions to our clients and supporting you in your own personal development, you should also be able to express yourself and come with your colors and ideas. This is typically a situation when you should reach out to HR, if you don't feel there is enough space to engage a conversation with your supervisor. So, I'd like to invite you to get in touch with us: humanresources@processia.com. This might actually be an opportunity to find solutions which we could make possible in a very timely manner. And if it enables us to reconnect the communication channel with your supervisor, and mostly to give you space to express yourself and make a difference, we will be more than happy. Feel free to reach out!

Hello, Thanks for your comments, we appreciate it. It's indeed a great place to work and learn about complex consulting projects. You have basically highlighted a combination of elements that makes us quite unique in our ecosystem: 1- Complex PLM projects 101 2- Fast paced environment and fast growth which allow us to offer different career opportunities 3- Proximity with execs and management, thanks to our size but also thanks to our open doors' policy and our CEO's management style 4- Exposure to big and complex PLM projects, thanks to a very balanced portfolio of customers and industries, in several parts of the world. As you said though: if someone looking for a career in a consulting firm is looking for always doing a 9-5, then it might not be the right fit. We try though to keep that reasonable compared to certain bigger firms, when overtime is the rule and not the exception. Thanks again and good luck in your career!

Hello there, Sorry to read your comments. Obviously you did not like your experience at Processia so far. Although we don't have much information in you comments to help us do better and respond, we would like to offer you the possibility to engage into a conversation, if you think it's appropriate. On our end we do think that a conversation is always possible, so long as there is respect from both parties of course. So, if you think you have not been treated properly, I would advise to reach out to HR, which keep that kind of information confidential: humanresources@processia.com We do our best to make career advancement and professional development a fair process. Obviously, your perception is different: so, let's talk about it and see what we can do together. Thank you.
