Cons

Less support ,management decide your work capability not employee ,they don't give good opportunity, tell you are not good enough to do work in technical projects, they put on those prj they want to give you b those are not helpful for your future role,if you tell them your not agree with them, then they decide self your a negative person overall this not good environment.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We are happy to hear you appreciate your experience at Processia. We are definitely an organization that offers great opportunities for development and growth, locally but also internationally. Although our global mobility program has been impacted by the pandemic, we still want to encourage our employees to develop their skillset and get exposure to other types of cultures and approaches.

Dynamic and Engaging

Pros

I have been working for Processia for just a short time, but the on-boarding process was very easy and streamlined. The people are genuine and friendly, and honest about the kind of work that can be expected. The company is fast adapting to the current time of work from home, and the projects are still advancing at a nice pace. Team is young and dynamic, and there is a lot of freedom in execution of the tasks.

Cons

Since the teams work in separate projects, experiences can vary. Initiatives are put in place to query the personnel on their work experience to identify an address potential issues. Working between an end client and a software developer can be challenging, and limit your ability to find creative solutions.
