      -Good benefits via the parent organization, EDF Renewables -Lots of autonomy -Exciting problem space & mission

      Cons

      -Chaotic, disorganized management.. so much pivoting -Lack of transparency -Tech is light years behind competitors -Pretty toxic culture

      PowerFlex has some smart people with good ideas. You'll be working for a mission driven company.

      Cons

      Management at PowerFlex is extremely poor. They make intentional decisions to protect bad actors and force good, hardworking people to leave. There are bad decisions being made on a daily basis with no communication between senior management and the rest of the company. The CEO is unaware of what is going on in the organization and trusts people with no experience/knowledge to make decisions.

      Team Vibe - A lot of care went into building a team that's not just good at what they do, but also passionate about solving energy sustainability. It feels great to work alongside people who genuinely care about what they're doing. Work/Life Balance - I have a family and work from home. The company is flexible as long as the work gets done. Growth Opportunities - Company is growing quickly, there's always something new to learn and ways to move up.

      Cons

      Compensation & Benefits - Could be more competitive and in-line with industry standards. Managing Growth - Navigating company growth and a rapidly evolving industry can feel chaotic.
