Pros

Most people are smart and dedicated. Organization is pretty flat. One could escalate an issue and get management feedback quickly. Flexible work hours and work locations. It's a pretty good perk at the time that RTO has become prevalent.

Cons

Compensations & benefits are not particularly attractive. Probably around industry average if not lower.

Pros

The benefits are decent, and at least where I am, the entire management chain from the CEO all the way down are empathetic, helpful, caring people who are genuinely trying to ethically build an effective and competitive renewables company.

Cons

Some parts of the organization are not as progressive as the portion of the org that I am a part of, and some parts of the organization have leadership in place that is stifling innovation from the talented engineers below them.
