      Excellent medical benefits A lot of people who are truly committed to the mission Some very good colleagues Beautiful campus area

      Cons

      Consensus driven decision making and re-making is slow; hard to get decisions made at all sometimes Strong hierarchy and little tolerance of dissension Too much focus on process for process sake Talk about reducing complexity and supporting new ideas is not genuine Very political, tough to get promoted until you've been there at least 10 years Office space environment circa 1980's

      The name is so well respected in the industry, and employees take pride in representing the company.

      Cons

      It takes to long to make decisions. There are too many meetings, and this takes time from sales. Regional reps feel left in the dark too often.
