Pros
The Company has been trying to find its territory and meaningful proposition for a few years. As a large conglomerate, it's found the process to be hard and deep. It has made good improvenments and, importantly, has kept a strong focus on making sense of it internally and externally.
Cons
On the flip side, it still has improvenments to make regarding simplifying its matrix, multi-level structure to become a faster, less complex organization. Also, fierce competition in some key consumer segments have impacted a few core businesses.
