      Pfizer is a good company

      Pros

      You are making products that help people live better lives. The company has good values and nice people working there. The pay and benefits are excellent. The company is also great about paying for continuing education training. Colleagues have plenty of activities and opportunities for work life balance.

      Cons

      They need to get more products to replace Lipitor when it goes off patent. There is still too much bureaucracy. Due to issues in the U.S., there have been a lot of job cuts.

      Pros

      People recognize the name so it can help me get a job elsewhere. I enjoy the people and the location works for me because I want to live in NYC.

      Cons

      Bad time right now. No sense that they value their people, management seems to be making bad decisions. The worst is that there is no vision for the future, I have no idea where we are going but so far it doesn't seem like we are going anywhere positive just down, down, down.
