good work ethics great way to start a career. I also feel the people and staff are very helpful while encouraging works to better themselves and move up the letter of success.

Cons

not very lenient to employees when it comes to holidays many complain of not being able to spend time with there family.

Pros

Flexibility, Great Support System, Opportunity to earn bonus payouts, unlimited commissions, always promotions going on that allows area managers to earn trips or money. This opco takes care of it's employees!

Cons

No gas expense or mileage paid, no car allowance or phone allowance paid either. This position definitely puts out what you put in. Lots of hard work and working into the evenings sometimes means less family time.
