The Credit “Manager” is completely unhinge. In all my years of experience, I’ve never dealt with anyone like her. If she’s still employed there, do yourself a favor and AVOID. Create fear based environments. Communicate poorly, Take credit for others’ work. Prioritize ego. Hoards knowledge and ignore employee development. Low pay. Not willing to listen to ideas. Insulting to everyone.

Benefits, there is some good management

Cons

Work life balance is very bad, compensated poorly unless management or VP level. Management is very tenured and stuck in their way, will not hear new and up to date ideas.
