      The people are great and the opportunities for advancement in Operations in the growing states are abundant

      Cons

      Worklife balance is a concern as most people I know of including self, do not get an opportunity to use their vacation hours and end up losing the chance to accrue more. We earned this time. We shouldn't lose them.

      Company culture, on site gym, classes and employees who motivate you to live into the culture of healthy lifestyle. Strong emphasis on continuos learning personal and professional. Kind, humble and genuinely good people. No ego from anyone.

      Long interview process and not paying for Landmark which they ask people to take.

      Pros

      Love the people I work with. Pretty decent training. Great for entry level positions or probably more senior positions.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive even when pay study was conducted. They throw in your benefits as part of the pay when that is not industry standards. Career growth can be issue when your supervisor / manager doesn't commit to their words. Not great for mid level positions because your upper management makes so many excuses not to promote you when they end up hiring someone above you who is less skilled. Unjust system. Don't join marketing team, career growth is super slow.
