      Humble management, great pay, flexible work schedule, a company that cares about their associates

      Cons

      I have been working for Panda for 3 years and I have had both 2 interviews for an assistant manager promotion but haven't been successful. There seems to be hoops I have to jump to or have to climb Mount Everest to pass my interviews. It's not about how hard you work but your "Appearance". I have proven to be hardworking and dedicated, but it isn't enough.

Manager(s), Director(s), and HR coach you to be interviewed with the either Andrew or Peggy; they determine whether you become part of the Panda family.
