      Pros

      The only pro that comes to mind working for this company would be a somewhat competitive pay.

      Cons

      This job is one big con. The expectations, work flow, and work division amongst team members is absolutely unbalanced. Expect nonstop frantic energy, every management member watching their associates like hawks, and extreme physical work with absolutely zero appreciation from anyone to anyone. You will be treated like a robot here and not given any opportunity to speak. These people will walk up to you, make a demand, and dart away faster than you can even process. Its crazy. You will be expected as a new member to (literally) not stand still for (sometimes) the time the place opens to the time they close. You will be expected as someone who is not in a manager position to undertake every physical aspect of the job. You will be expected to have at least three things going on at all times. Not to mention after your shift you are not allowed to bring any food home for dinner, but you're expected to throw tons of it away. This place is awful. 1/10

      Competitive pay, training bonus, free meal.

      Cons

      Stress level to the roof. You will not have work life balance. You will get call and message from leadership team on ur day off, and daily from as early as 7am till 11:59pm. Basically you are unintentionally forced to work for free. HR is buddy with leadership team, no such thing as putting people first. Leadership team managing and leading from fear, putting so much pressure on management at store level while all they do is meeting and come up with something that they can’t even control it. Favoritism on getting promoted, some supervisor are uneducated and very unprofessional, but just because buddy with the VP. Be ready for extreme make over on the store and on yourself when they announce CEO is around. You are told to be authentic but also taught to say only what they want to hear. Don’t mind having a two way communication, leadership team just want you to listen and deliver the final results that they want, they don’t care about your thoughts, inputs, challenges, progress, and support needed. There is no such thing as diversity, been on recruiting team with the leadership team, they literally make comments for moving forward candidates based on color, race, sexuality, looks and proportional weight.

      Great for those who want to start out and learn a business

      work as much as you want, run the store as if its your own

      Cons

      long hours, employee turnover, lack of employees applying leading managers to cover most of the time. no work life balance
