      Great place to work, if you actually like to work. Found that I was paid well and surrounded with support.

      Great Base Pase for industry, Awesome medical benefits, 401k, etc. Monthly and quarterly Bonuses (Pre-Covid) were good & obtainable.

      Cons

      Extremely pushy Chinese Culture on everyone. Fake culture of politeness and betterment Blatant upper management favoritism towards Asain Gms for promotions to all leadership roles (Trainers, ACO, RDO) Upper management sabotaged their own teams of certain GMs if they didn't suck up or showed any individualism. Cult-like seminars you're forced to attend. Work/Life balance is subpar.
