      Pros

      High pay for a fast food restaurant Good learning experience Free meals 20% discounts 401K Friendly co-workers (most of the time) Opportunity to move up in company

      Cons

      Life/work balance Management is horrible No raise until 6 months of working No bonus even though we were promised one Costumers Cooks yell when we ask for food too much but they don't cook it Stress No one helps you when working drive thru So many people got fired in a short amount of time

      You get to learn a lot for the restaurant. They got everything you need to train you.

      Cons

      Lots of extra duties like volunteering, exercising and meetings. Required to work more than other restaurant.

      Good Company, Disrespectful Manager

      Pros

      The company is quiet good. Growth is excellent for those who work for it. The company offers a variety of opportunities.

      Cons

      Hope that you get a good manager. I had an extremely disrespecful manager that made our lives very difficult. You deal with 2000-3000 customers daily, the last thing you need is a moody angry manager that treats you badly. Good management is important for productivity.
