Pros

I enjoyed working for a company that was a genuinely good company. The food was good, the prices weren't too crazy, and my co-workers were, overall, respectable people.

Cons

It is incredibly fast-paced. You are the scapegoat for everyone else. If the food sucks - it's your fault. If the table is dirty - it's your fault. If the line is too long - it's your fault. It's a very stressful job. My manager was ok, but it seemed like he had mood swings. He also chose favorites which really pissed me off. I was a full-timer who had been there since opening day, working my ass off, and this ditzy sorority girl comes on part-time and gets promoted within 2 weeks of being there. So I quit.

Pros

The pay is higher than most all entry level fast food jobs. Cooking is really fun when you get good at it, yet the most stressful part of the business too. The free employee meals are HUGE!!! Good experience. If you are a quick thinker, hard worker, good at multi-tasking then the job is very simple. For every 5-10 terrible leaders you end up meeting a true GEM.

Cons

Management hierarchy is pretty bad. Hundreds of people quit over the 6 years I was there. Their customers suck too. If your really good at your job you will be taken advantage of repeatedly. CONSTANTLY changing protocols, ways of doing things, recipes, procedures, and even going back on what they said they would do. The entire business is EXTREMELY METICULOUS!!! The whole idea of doing intense extra cleaning because so and so is going to show up is COMICAL!!! In 6 years I never once, met the owner because they never held up to their word. The fact that they externally hire managers routinely is an enormous problem considering 75% of them can never handle it. Management is bar none the worst aspect of the business in general.
