      Pros

      You get free lunches, personal growth seminars, nice compensation package, and coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      No personal life you work weekends if you need to in order to complete projects. 50+ hours are common. There are some weekends events that you are "encouraged" to attend. Tough to get an A. There is always room for improvement even if you've accomplished and exceeded goals it's just acceptable.

      Non what so ever applied for management and was never takin under consideration instead placed in a location so far when I mentioned no transportation was available that far

      Very low pay, your whole day is dedicated to basicly being there need to retrain for communication I had to remind the of the preview day I worked in order for them to pay me it

      Start out at $9.00 an hour (not worth it in the long haul) free food great co-workers small bonuses once in awhile

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Our store has had 5 different managers in three months. Multiple managers I've had seem to dislike their job wanting more in life than be in a store for 90+ hours a week. We are always short on staff. All employees have either 5-6 days preventing us from having lives. They want Panda to be our life which is ridiculous. It is also hard to balance school and work because you signed up for part-time job, yet make you work 6 days out of the week. We are always behind on orders because they believe that 2 people in front and one person on drive thru is sufficient. They tend to send employees to breaks right before it becomes an employee violation. Overall this place is a COMPLETE MESS, very dysfunctional.
