Cons

Long hours, long hours and extremely long hours Everyone is scared of upper level management, had to clean till 2AM in the morning for VIP visits ! Advancement not based on your results but based on how many landmark classes that you take which is useless as sh*t Fake a*s upper level management who expect you to practice Panda Mission and Values of developing people but they dont give a crap about you in reality High turnover - managers quit or get fired quickly

Pros

Easy job to have while in high school or college.

Cons

The company does not practice what they preach. Do not value family, not allowed to have two consecutive days off. Continuous learning? Asking for specific scheduled is frowned upon. Have to provide doctors note every time someone calls in sick, even if it's one day. They train you one way but do things completely different.

It is a great place to work at. always something to do and the work associates are all so friendly.

it can be boring when you already know how everything works. You basically just clean unless you move to manage level.
