Cons
The culture of this company is to make as much money for top management as possible at the expense of the store and lower level employees. There is no work/life balance and management routinely talks down to employees and penalizes them for not complying with their demands.This is a terrible company led by a overbearing and controlling owner who cares nothing for his employees. The company has no integrity or morals although they will swear that integrity is the core of their culture. Beware!
