Pros

Bonus OPPORTUNITY Paid vacation Starting salary 46k Great health insurance Guest service Oppertunity to learn other cultures Professional environment

Cons

No work life balance!! 50 hours a week ( minimum), 5 days open to close, no consecutive days off. They move managers from store to store so often you have no stability and it's hard to make bonus when you are moved around so much. 1 manager per store required to have high surveys scores, maintain store condition, scheduling, hiring, vendors, maintenance, uphold all aspects of operation standard, have high donations, high catering sales perfect health department score. Yes these are all very important. But for one manager to deal with all these things is very difficult especially when you have to spend so much time serving guest so your labor isn't high. Work is first family second

Pros

The culture of this company is very unique, founders and senior leaders heavily believe in the principle of continuous learning and self-development, company offers learning funds that refreshes every year for associates and managers to pursue further education. Company values talents based on work ethic, attitude to learn, willing to accept challenge rather than basing on seniority and time frame with company. Growth opportunity is fast and abundant. Generous benefits and competitive bonus programs.

Cons

Due to high standards and expectations, workload can be overwhelming at times. Management style can be very top-down based on situations. Directions given by supervisors can be challenging while expectations of performing all other simultaneous tasks is still intact.
