      Pros

      For one, they are extremely understanding with any mental and physical disabilities you may have. I have experienced this first hand since I have recently started ADHD medication again, throughout my on going treatment they have given me the resources to cool off once I've become overstimulated and have given me a safe place to talk about what I may be feeling in the moment. Summer is the current manager at this time and overall has been the best manager I could ever ask for.
