      Board of Investors will eventually kill the company. Replaced Founder/CEO with a ruthless serial Gold-digger.

      Pros

      Great product in it's niche. Well respected in the industry. Fighting to get more brand recognition. Known for hiring the cream of the crop in people, which adds to a culture of smart people doing smart things. Good conditions, holiday presents, days out, flexible working hours (we do clock in and out).

      Cons

      Three rounds of lay-offs in the past 2,5 years (at writing September 2014), varying between 25 - 50 people per round. Fuzzy future perspective, ramping up & hiring and then firing most of them within 6 months after. New CEO does not contribute to positive working environment. Demotivated atmosphere with loads of workers on the look-out for an alternative. Bleak future.

      Pros

      Good benefits, Nice non- management level co-workers, 10bis, fun days. Pay is slightly higher than national average.

      Cons

      There have been too many rounds of layoffs too often. Extremely unstable company. Focus on various products change to often. Release of products before QA'd, thought through or ready, resulting in very unhappy customers. Some products too complicated for users to get it to stick, making reselling tough.

      Very tough work ... good earning potential exists.....but very poor management

      There is potential to make good money if prepared to work very hard There is a strong product line Offer good employee benefits International environment

      Cons

      Very poor management continues and causes many frictions in the organisation that prevents successes. Strong blame culture. Very aggressive culture of hiring and firing.
