      Pros

      Nice offices, nice perks, high budgets. Good people on the ground if you take the politics away. If you know how to play politics it can be a great place.

      Cons

      Noisy open office with little privacy. Squeeze instead of results. Strong blame culture. Lots of turnover. Management disconnected from field. High stress and little results all new sales VPs and EVPs Highly political. Playing politics correctly trumps results. Tremendous potential but quick to fire because of political missteps.

      Pros

      High salaries, international successful company. The company has money and is willing to spend it both on employee care (presents, events etc.) but more importantly on technology. This is the place to learn and grow. Has a good name and opens doors in Israel.

      Cons

      Employees are stressed, leaving no room for social connections. Product Managers can be arrogant at times with "workload excuses". Mainly older employees. So it is defenitly not a vibrant young working environment.
