Flexible hours. Good place to start to get work experience. Fairly stable if you do your job and not cause any trouble.

Cons

Incompetent people are not easy to let go in this company. Work is divided unevenly. Hard workers are not rewarded enough, and incompetent workers are rewarded too much.

Pros

The job looked stable and had lots of different challenges and we were interacting often with our Japanese colleagues. Salary was average to good and had staff shop to buy discounted Panasonic product which can save lots; think TV/audio/camera but also kitchen electricals and washing machine.

Cons

First downside is that our center was shut down due to parent company average or bad performance. Maybe management decisions not communicated effectively because it always looked ok when not being ok at all.

good welfare includes transportation and food services, co- workers are willing to help you if you need a help in your job.

Cons

comparatively low salary with others similar companies in areas, have to oblige the rules and regulation of company , cannot have your own ideas.
