Great benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, metlaw, and more. Reputable company. Interesting industry. Lots of employee discounts on panasonic products as well as partnered discounts with other companies such as Nissan, T-mobile, and apple. Growing company and good job security.

Cons

Horrible communication between management and staff. Lots of closed doors. Unqualified middle management and supervisory staff. Raises/promotions given, not earned.

-Learned a great deal about my position in the time I was there -Opportunity for travel through work commitments -Ability to meet many different people with diverse personal and professional backgrounds -Intelligence and work ethic are respected and valued -Getting to go to the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas

Cons

-Terrible work-life balance (although when reminded to do so, my manager respected our need for time away from work) -Lack of job security -Upper management was really big on shaming all of us for poor sales numbers (I wasn't in sales)
