Pros Good Brand name and company image Everything is very systematic Multinational staff Dpends on personal priorities: if you are looking for a long place to stay and not pressured to give results, this is a good place but don't expect much in return

Cons

System is built on hieracy : Always a top down apprasial approach, if boss is biased, you're done for. Stifling work environment that is inflexible Does not care about employees welfare- priority is on cost cutting Not honest to employees in terms of compensations No interest in your personal career - not good for self development and learning Callibre of people inside are very dubious- Asean talent focus on cheap labour rather than best talent

- Amazing people - Good work environment - Sustainability goal of the company (No. 1 Green Electronics Company by 2018) I consider the company to be one of the originators of a "socially responsible company".

- Difficult to implement change - Very challenging business climate (strong yen, competition, etc.) - Still traditionally Japanese (dominated by men, overwork encouraged, etc.) - Risk averse

Highly educated staff to deal with. similar or in some cases less salary offered. for outside place looks for highly competent

Cons

No setup for students, so mostly they would reject all applications but in reality they have not setup for students available. no flexibility given. lack of office space.
