Great people, global name, great products

Cons

Too much Japanese influence in the US, struggling to understand US market in with some product lines, scattered, unorganized, 2 to 3 years behind with some technology. Japanese based companies tend to have you put work before personal life. Extremely high quotas with the pay not balancing to the industry.

Pros

Some great people that know their stuff and do their work well. Had a fun time working on great stuff back prior to 2008.

Cons

Management has lost its ways. The place grew too fast for its own good and people acted in a way that what only mattered is they deflect blame to someone else.

Every field rep is given an Audi and the benefits are good. Brand recognition made getting in the door possible.

Cons

The executive team had extremely high and unrealistic matrix-based expectations of those working in the field and created conflict between peers. They had little regard for work/life balance and the turnover was extremely high. For such a large company, they had horrible backend systems that made doing your job nearly impossible. Constant grind that left many resentful and miserable.
