Pros

Above average benefits. If you're looking for great medical, dental, 401k match, PTO, ect...you'd bee hard-pressed to find better. Interesting work. Constant growth and good job stability. Overtime always available but never mandatory.

Cons

Pay is not great if you're not a salary employee. A culture of politics and fear at locations away from HQ. No supervision of middle management, and they can get a little carried away with personal vendettas. HR and upper management all in California, so local management is not kept in check. I've seen it cost many good employees their jobs.

Lots of opportunity to move around within company to get a good base on how a company works. Dynamic and changeling, see the world as travel is a high possibility if you want it.

Cons

OJT is commonplace and training is limited, dynamic environment can be overwhelming, travel can be extensive and long.
