      Terrible place! Especially coz the company is an acquisition of an Indian company so its run like a public sec. company.

      Pros

      Hmm Brand, also you will meet very few dynamic people, politics will help you adjust to any other company you join post this :) Since sales here is so cut throat, it helps you always to be on toes.

      Cons

      Plenty but most importantly Incompetent people (who cant even phrase an email). You might want to work here and try getting posted on-site abroad.

      Cons

      bureaucracy, lack of a good plan in Latin America for talent development, business cultural conflicts between people that still miss the old times of SITA and others from France Telecom estate company.
