      A good school, a good place to settle, but not so much to evolve

      Pros

      Innovative company with strong products on many market areas. They hire a lot of young employees and train them. Excellent work-life balance and very competitive salaries and benefits. Coming from Oracle makes you legitimate for the customers.

      Cons

      It's a sales company, they're not so interested in the delivery, support or development. Processes are very long and communications between divisions is not so great. It's also a very pyramidal company with very little opportunities to change jobs. Many people have been at their job for more than 10 years.

      Pros

      On a "self-service" way you can learn a lot about products, market and sales skills. really good o understand how big companies are working. You can consider having a "safe" position if you are not afraid to change job every 12 month. Good basic salary for Spain even if you have few possibility to make you target and get your full package. Malaga is a great place to live, you have plenty of time for your private life and money to enjoy Andalusia.

      Cons

      All self-service, no real guideline. Everything is only process, at the end of the day you are losing the purpose of your job and get lost between processes and micro management.

      Too many, non coherent products Not caring about customers (main revenues are license maintenance fees and audit results) No modern products, obtained through acquisitions No support processes, systems, organization Focus on cost, so shrinking salaries, firing seniors, launching massive layoff plans every year No strategy beyond the quarter No value added to the client, nor partnership KPIs and target changing during the year
