      It’s a good place to work if you work with offshore teams.

      The work environment suffers from a lack of meritocracy, where mediocre performance is often rewarded and retained. Senior leadership, especially within the India team, frequently ignores suggestions for process improvement. In addition, there is a glaring problem of favoritism; recognition and appreciation are often given to those in the manager's "good books" irrespective of their contribution. This is especially apparent in year-end performance discussions, which seem to be ineffective because they are rarely focused on real data, metrics, and objective achievements.
