      It gives ample of space to think and freedom to work It gives an opportunity to interact within the organization across the levels

      Cons

      Salary can be better than the current levels and also there can be some way of customization of its processes to suit the different countries and work related norms.

      Pros

      The technology at Oracle is some of the best available in the software industry. The Server Technology (ST) group is filled with very smart engineers and the management staff is technically savvy. The technical ability of the Applications group, unfortunately, does not come close to the ST group The executive team is unmatched in the industry.

      Cons

      The corporate culture at Oracle is quite cut throat. Lot of politics among the different groups.
