Business Outlook
Pros
It's a big company. Big resources, the ability to move within the company, the excitement of an occassional M&A. Generally, bright folks. Lots of "work" to be done -- it's a good environment to learn and build skills.
Cons
Career development is difficult. Higher levels are filled with politics. Teamwork within the extended company (outside your little close group) is very limited. Escalations up your management chain and copy-everyone-in-the-world email provides "excitement".
