Pros

From the recruitment team to my manager team mates through to the people I've met during our office lunches, I've been made to feel incredibly welcome during my first two months at OpenTable.

Cons

Due to the size of OT, there are a lot of people you come across as well as departments and thus processes. It can seem a little overwhelming trying to get to trips with it.
