      The people and culture are amazing! Great opportunity to advance. Everyone helps you succeed. I have had the best supervisors too! Everyone is so helpful and loves their job. People are just so up beat and personable.

      COVID and having to work from home! I miss the interactions of the other employees

      Pros

      OT has always been a fantastic place to work, but with Covid, our true colors are shining through as we try to help restaurants through this devastating time.

      Cons

      Although there are many internal promotions, sometimes it is tough to move up in sales management as people are so happy and loyal to the company.
